The large, versatile country yard has been renovated in stages. The yard solutions are suitable for the countryside, but details typical of a modern yard have been added.
The steps and slope solutions at the main entrance were completely renovated. The new stone steps are bordered on both sides with massive granite wall stones. The sunny slope planting area is terraced with massive granite stones. The most modern plants liven up the sunny front yard, where black elderberry and ornamental gooseberry create contrasts, as well as lilac-hued and white-flowered perennials.
In the second stage, the backyard cellar area was renovated. A massive stone wall was rebuilt. The wall was built from local granite stone. As an extension of the rugged rustic stone wall, a light modern black pergola was built facing the white-trunk birch.
A spectacular planting area was established on top of the wall, where various tall, colorful perennials and ornamental grasses and vines thrive on the wall.
Although the basement corridor and pergola are partially hidden from view from the upper courtyard, they arouse interest and invite you to explore the area.
