Customized landscape design for all target groups
Azalea Landscape Design offers individual landscape design solutions for all customers – private individuals, housing companies, companies and the public sector.
The area of operation mainly covers Kymenlaakso and the entire Southern Finland region. Special projects are also carried out abroad.
Landscape architect Kairi Meos acts as the company’s chief designer. For special projects, we collaborate with garden consultant Heikki Laaksonen.
The price of the design is mainly determined by the time required for the work. The complexity of the project, the amount of detail and the customer’s wishes affect the workload.
The price of the design work is €85.00 + VAT/hour. For special projects, we always prepare a separate design offer.
Garden design
The design of a private yard can be of different levels.
Garden planning usually begins with a site visit, where the current state of the yard is surveyed and wishes are discussed.
SITE VISIT
During the site visit, a vision of what changes the yard needs is created. The area is inventoried and the necessary information is collected as a basis for the design. After the visit, we will provide a more detailed quote for the design work, if necessary. If you do not need a complete yard plan, we can offer yard consulting, which may be sufficient for smaller changes.
CONCEPT PLAN
A concept plan is a functional plan that defines the foundation of the yard, such as paving, planting areas and lawn. At this stage, the design language and plant species of the yard receive indicative information. The draft plan is drawn to scale, and it may be sufficient for a customer who wants to implement their yard themselves.
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The implementation plan is drawn up based on the approved draft plan. It includes a list of all materials with dimensions, colors and quantities, as well as a complete plant list. The implementation plan makes it easier to request quotes and ensures that the garden is implemented exactly according to the plans.
